We believe strongly that etiquette training can be life-changing, which is why we are launching our 2017 #EtiquetteMatters contest.

The winner will receive two spots in our The Finishing Touch – Session 1 course, running May 6th, 2017 in Vancouver; approximate retail value $456. There is no cost to enter, and signing up for any Social Graces courses will not improve your chance of winning.

To enter, follow us on Twitter and/or Instagram, and then Tweet to @socialgracesca or comment on Instagram about why you think learning more about etiquette would make a difference for you with the hashtag #EtiquetteMatters. One entry per person please.

Read on for all of the technical details, and good luck!

Contest opens April 3rd, 2017 at 0800 PST, and closes at 2000 PST April 17th, 2017. Winner will be selected by random draw from eligible entries received by that time and date.

The winner will be contacted via Twitter direct message or Instagram comment no later than noon April 18th, 2017, with instructions on how to claim the prize. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited and have no cash value. Social Graces reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded for any reason. The winner also agrees to have his or her name published.

If the selected entrant does not respond by noon PST April 22nd, 2017 to the notification with the registration of both course participants, he or she will be disqualified and will not receive a prize. Another entrant may be selected as determined by Social Graces in its sole discretion until such time as an entrant satisfies the terms set out herein. Social Graces is not responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of a selected entrant to receive notification or for Social Graces to receive a selected entrant’s response.

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Contest entry is limited to legal residents of British Columbia who have reached the age of majority. Entry constitutes acceptance of the contest rules.

Social Graces shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the contests. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to Social Graces for the purpose of the contest must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. Social Graces reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant should such an entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
