The Finishing Touch – Tutorials

Next Level Detailed Dining Etiquette

At Social Graces, we believe learning about etiquette can be both fun and rewarding. Consider booking one of our dinner or afternoon tea tutorials as a group or family activity, or as a one on one course. We are happy to customize programs to times and locations that work best for you. These tutorials can be taken individually, as a pair, or teamed up with the other four modules of The Finishing Touch.

Module 5: Elegant Formal Dining Tutorial

Never make a misstep again at a formal meal after this hands-on six-course dining tutorial. We will explore different dining styles, how to use specific utensils, and do’s and don’t relevant to different cultures. This tutorial can be staged either in the dining room of a pre-selected five star hotel, or at the local restaurant of your choice.

Module 6: The Art and Etiquette of English Afternoon Tea

Learn how to fully enjoy the delights of afternoon tea without worrying about whether you are committing a faux pas. During this tutorial, we will discuss the different types of afternoon tea, the proper way to eat specific treats, and the history of the British tradition. This module is available either in a pre-selected prestigious tearoom, or at the local tearoom of your choice.
